The secret is definitely out. For those of us who were here from the beginning, Curate got off to a wonderful start. Many of the locals came out in support of them, and then frequented the establishment. Until the line got too long and we had to start making reservations. And we did. Asheville was moving to another level, and Curate was a huge part of making this happen.
Just the other day, Food & Wine ranked Curate as one of The 40 Most Important Restaurants in the Past 40 Years. Forget about how great they are right now. Even in comparison to what we had before, this place is running us off of the charts!
We visit there regularly, we love food photography, and we enjoy documenting our experiences. See the photos below:
The clams were superb! Asheville is really into mussels, and now oysters, but clams are where I got started years ago.
Ordered a Gin & Tonic to sip on with the appetizers.
The delicious Shrimp Tapa at Curate!
Lamb Skewers at Curate Asheville. Or do they call them kabobs? I hope not. Anyway, so tasty!!!
And to go with my previous flow, I decided to go with the Gin & Tonic dessert. It was simply amazing. Thank you again & again Curate!
